
There was a ton of snow in and around the Puget Sound area this past weekend. If you are like me, you needed to shovel a ton of snow! If you have a sore back from it, here are the best exercises to get back on your feet.

2. Cat Cow
3. 3 Way Stick Rotation
4. Low Back Rotation Stretch
Give these 4 moves a try to get your back moving again!!!
If at any point these increase your symptoms, STOP immediately.
