Desktop Ergonomics

Here is a transcript of the video:

my name is dr. Joel spring my body fix PT comm this video is about the ergonomics I'm sitting in the chair and my desk I would just like to point out that my legs aren't 90 degrees my thighs are parallel to the floor my feet are flat on the floor if to be at 90 degrees to depend on your desk I think you might have to get a little booster under your feet now when I turn towards my desk this desk is nice it has a little lowly keyboard tray which is perfect for me okay I'm on my hand my arms about 90 degrees up here is a little bit too high for me there's gonna be a lot more stress at the wrist okay those are a couple of the big things and then in the monitor you can maybe see that put two books under to raise it up otherwise it's two you want this top third to be a high level okay this prevents us looking at our screen like this okay helps us maintain the more erect posture a lot more ever thank you
