Your digital solution to get you back to your life!

Using your phone, tablet, or computer, you can access your treatment session online. We use a secure platform called Doxy. This platform allows you to connect from anywhere to us. The only condition being that you are in Washington State during the call (we will be expanding to other states as demand dictates).

  • Do You Take My Insurance?
We are out of network with insurance companies. We do this in order to serve each client the best that we can. Insurance companies dictate how we can treat. Each client is different and comes to us for different reasons and with different backgrounds. We are here for you, not for the insurance companies. We will give you an itemized "superbill" upon request to submit to your insurance company for any out of network reimbursement.
  • Why is BodyFix PT and Performance Out of Network?
We chose to be Out of Network to serve you better! You can come see us whenever you want or need. There is no requirement for you to see a physician first or get prior approval (unless you want to use your out of network benefits). As a side note; even if you go to an in-network clinic, you are still responsible for meeting your deductible. We work for you, our client, not for the insurance companies. You want to return to your level of activity, we will help you do that.
  • Do I need a Referral or Prescription from a Medical Doctor?
No! In the state of Washington you are able to see a physical therapist without a referral or prescription from another medical professional. This is called Direct Access. You can call us right now! 425.202.5687 You can come and see us as soon as you feel something is off, and together we can decide if you need to see us, or someone else.
  • How Do I Get Started?
That is so easy!! Call: 425.202.5687 Email: info@bodyfixpt.com We would love to hear from you and start the conversation to see if, together, we are a good fit.
  • What Can I Expect at my First Appointment?
You will get a thorough evaluation of your movement patterns, injury mechanisms, joint mobility, muscle tension, and more. This will help us decide upon an agreed upon treatment plan and rehabilitation program to help you get back to living your full life.
  • What Will Happen During a Treatment Session?
When you meet with BodyFix, you will get an evaluation to pinpoint exactly what is leading to your specific issues. After the evaluation, we will work on either manual treatments or give you some activities to try and then find appropriate things for you to do on your own between treatment sessions?
  • How Much Will it Cost?
We will always be up front with you about cost. Due to everyone being different and requiring different treatment plans, the total amount of out-of-pocket cost can vary. We charge $197 for a one hour, in person visit (We come to where you are). How many visits will depend on what you need to get back to what you want to do. You will usually see us 1 time per week and be responsible for working on getting better between visits.

To Get the Most out of your experience with us on Google Meet:

  • Restart your computer before a call. Other software might be using computer power or interfere with your video or microphone. Restarting your computer will assure your computer is ready for video.

  • Use fast internet with an ethernet cable. Video quality adapts to internet speed, so the faster your internet connection, the better the video quality you will experience. Try to avoid using streaming services during your session (Netflix, Disney+, video games, etc.)

  • Use a newer computer with plenty of speed. Sending and receiving video takes a lot of computer power. Old or slow computers will have a harder time processing the video, which can cause choppiness.

  • Use low resolution. If you experience poor quality, try lowering the resolution. By doing this it requires less bandwidth and computer power, resulting in less choppiness during your call.

  • Use headphones. Typically your computer will automatically eliminate echo or audio feedback so you don’t hear yourself talking. But if it happens, have yourself use headphones.
